A lot of us are not living a healthy lifestyle because most of us just sit around and do not move and that is really unhealthy for our bodies, so if you want to make sure you are living a healthy lifestyle then you have to exercise in order to restore balance in our bodies. It is also important to know that our bodies have adapted over millions of years doing certain kinds of activities and eating certain kinds of food and the sudden change in the way we do work and eat food over the past one hundred years is not enough time for our bodies to adapt. Millions of years ago when man just started showing up on the planet we had to walk everywhere and everything we had to do were a physical challenge.
